Realty Masters of Florida serves buyers and sellers with Pace Florida real estate and all the local communities surrounding Pensacola. On the west side of Santa Rosa County nestles Pace, previously just a small rural community known for its excellent schools and small town family atmosphere, but now it is growing. There are employment and shopping within its limits at Walmart Super-Center, Home Depot, Publix, Lowes, Target and several other larger stores, but with its close proximity to Milton and Pensacola, many of the residents opt to live there and commute to work.
It’s a small town, so residents looking for the culture and adventures of the larger cities and nearby beaches take the 30-minute drive into Pensacola or one of the other surrounding towns. Pace real estate, however, does have its charm, which is why many choose to live and buy their home there. Take a look at some of the things Pace has to offer. With its excellent public schools, recreation associations, public parks, law enforcement agency, military support, and the very best quality of life, Pace is the fastest growing community in Northwest Florida. Population figures for Pace have skyrocketed over the last decade; from 5,000 in 2010 to more than 53,000 today.
The Santa Rosa County School district was rated “Best in State” and has held the title of Florida’s number one school district since 2010. Pace averages 16.5 students per teacher in its public schools and has several private schools within 20 miles of the city. The high school graduation rate is 93% according to Livability.com.
Stonebrook’s semi-private, 18-hole golf course offers an enjoyable but challenging game. They have both individual and group lessons, and membership allows for use of the tennis courts and pool facilities or an opportunity to join one of their golf leagues.
Pace has a full-service library as well as a bowling alley, movie theaters and multiple parks and community centers. One of the nicer parks is Benny Russell Park which is located at 5417 W. Spencerfield Rd., Pace, Florida 32571, and is just minutes from shopping and schools in the heart of Pace. As one of the newer parks in the area, Benny Russell is definitely a favorite among Santa Rosa County children of all ages.
This 2-acre park features a children’s playground, a tot Park for ages 2-5, restrooms and vending machines, water fountains, as well as several covered picnic areas.
Great news! If you are looking to host a party or get together in Pace, Benny Russell park allows for this, however, you must get prior written approval, you can apply with Santa Rosa County with this form.
With its close proximity to so many Northwest Florida attractions, Top Schools, Military Facilities and Health Centers, Pace offers a slower pace of life with all the benefits of the big city within proximity.
